This website ("Site") is operated by KYROC LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12110300, with its registered office at 4 Newmans Row, Lincoln's Inn, Lincoln Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, England, HP12 3RE. By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced within them. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Site, including browsers, customers, and anyone submitting content to us. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
GOVERNING LAW & CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where you are a consumer resident outside the UK, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country, to the extent those protections apply. Customers based in the United States are additionally subject to the arbitration provisions set out below under the Federal Arbitration Act; where that Act does not apply, the laws of the State of New York will govern instead for US-based disputes not otherwise covered by mandatory local consumer law.
ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. Updates take effect once posted to this page, and it's your responsibility to check back periodically. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Site accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that all content is free of errors. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, update information, or change pricing or availability at any time without prior notice.
HEIGHT-BOOST FOOTWEAR & USE DISCLAIMER
Our footwear is designed to add height through internal construction — an engineered wedge built into the sole, rather than an external platform. The exact amount of lift can vary slightly depending on your foot shape, existing footwear habits, and how the shoe is worn. As with any new footwear, we recommend easing into regular wear to allow your balance and gait to adjust. KYROC LTD accepts no liability for injury or discomfort arising from improper use, failure to allow an adjustment period, or from wearing our footwear in situations that call for a stable, flat sole — including driving, operating machinery, climbing stairs, or walking on uneven ground.
SIZING & FIT
We do our best to make our sizing guidance accurate, and it's your responsibility to check the size information on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure which size to choose, contact us at support@zunuci.com before you buy. Once a pair has been worn outside, it's treated as used and can only be returned if there's a manufacturing fault — see Returns & Refunds below. Because screens display colour differently, the actual product may look slightly different to the images on the Site.
ORDERS & FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details, and to keep them up to date. We may block or restrict access for anyone we reasonably believe has misused the Site or violated these Terms.
PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES
Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice. If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes charged on delivery, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We're not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item. Repeated or suspected abuse of our returns process may result in future orders or return requests being declined.
RESALE & COMMERCIAL USE
Products purchased from the Site are for personal use only. Reselling or commercially distributing our products without our written permission isn't allowed, and we reserve the right to cancel orders we believe are intended for resale.
REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photo, testimonial, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing purposes, including on the Site and our social channels. You confirm that anything you submit is your own, is accurate, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
SMS & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive automated messages relating to your orders, promotions, and account updates. Message frequency varies, and standard message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We're not liable for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues.
For customers in the United States: by opting in, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring marketing messages, including via automated systems. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support, or contact us at support@zunuci.com.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including our name, logo, product designs, and imagery — belongs to KYROC LTD or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SERVICES
We may link to or use third-party tools, plugins, or platforms as part of the Site. These are provided as-is, and we're not responsible for issues arising from your use of them.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We won't be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, government action, pandemics, or technical failures affecting our suppliers or carriers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
INDEMNITY
You agree to cover us against any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or our products.
ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER (US CUSTOMERS)
If you're based in the United States, you agree that any dispute with us will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. Arbitration will take place virtually or in London, UK, unless otherwise agreed. By accepting these Terms, you waive the right to bring or join a class, collective, or representative action against us.
You can opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to support@zunuci.com within 30 days of your first purchase, including your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest will remain in effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and KYROC LTD regarding your use of the Site, replacing any prior agreements or understandings.
